Vindictive Witches

There are some witches who may choose to take matters into their own hands when they feel they may have been wronged, or they may use the craft to harm you if they envy you or wish to have the upper hand.

Evil Eye

It may not always be witches who have it out for you. Sometimes it may just be anyone who harbors bad intentions or thoughts toward you. This is known as the evil eye and there are protective symbols and charms to repel this malevolent, not always intentional, magick.

Fairies

Fairies are tricky little creatures. They are very playful and quite the little tricksters. If you call upon or summon fairies and don't keep them satisfied or offend them, they will play many cruel little tricks on you. One of the most common is hiding your keys from you. Small offerings of milk and honey is one of the best known ways to please them and put their tricks to rest for a time.

Psychic Vampires

Psychic vampires may be conscious or unconscious about their practices. They drain folks of their energy. It will be undeniable to you if you encounter one as you will feel completely drained and almost lifeless after being in their presence for a very short time. One of the most effective practices to keep anyone from draining your energy is: If you feel you are being drained, simply bring up your aura shield, then cross your arms or place your hand or hands across your solar plexus chakra which is located two finger widths above your navel. This will sever the connection and they will no longer be able to drain your energy as long as you hold this until you are able to walk away.

Malevolent Spirits

There are all kinds of spirits around us all the time. Some benevolent that protect and some malevolent that harm. If you practice the protective measures we have already discussed, the harm should be minimal at best. Keep those guards up because malevolent spirits are always looking for an in and will take any opportunity given to mess with you. This category includes angry or bad spirits, ghosts, demons etc. Never invite malevolent spirits in to your person or your space and always only work with and ask benevolent spirits to come into your space.

There are many other things in this world and beyond that you will need to protect yourself from. This is just a short list to name a few that I have encountered in my short time of working within the craft.
